The clock mechanism operates with 1 1.5v C LR14 battery and 2 more of the same type batteries for the cuckoo mechanism. To use the clock without the cuckoo, remove the 2 batteries from the slots where it writes Cuckoo. Batteries are not included in the box.Frequent Ask Question: 1. Is the battery Included? No, the battery is not included in this package.2. How Many batteries do I need? You will need 3 x C batteries for the clock to work in full, if you do not wish to have the cuckoo clock sounds, you may only put 2 x C batteries. 3. Can I adjust the volume of the sounds? Yes, there is a volume switch to adjust the volume, to completely turn off you would need to remove the battery. Can I adjust the Cuckoo Clock singing time? No, it has been manufactured set to sing from 7am till 9pm. The previous version had 6am starting time but after some parent feedbacks, we are now having them from 7am to suit the kids wake up time for school. 4. What sounds will this clock made? Once every hour, the door of the cuckoo clock will be opened, and the bird will be popping out and sing ‘Kookoo, Kookoo’ according to the hour, for example, 1 O’clock, it will sing once, and 12 O’clock, the bird will sing ‘kookoo’ twelve times. Our clock does not have noisy flashing noise like others, purely just ‘Kookoo’. 5. How do I register the 2 years warranty?Quality time by Quality Clock provides you 2-year manufacturer warranty. You’ll be automatically registered under our 2-year warranty programme.
